Syria, a fisherman from Kuta, Lombok, Indonesia pauses for his portrait prior to heading out for the morning fish. Syria fishes everyday, quite often accompanied by his son, Sunardi. Typically they will catch 30 - 50 small fish per outing. These will be sold at the market and they live on approximately 7 dollars US a month.
